I am passionate and enthusiastic about using data and analysis to provide insight to support service development which improves outcomes for children, young people, vulnerable adults, and families. I have over 25 years experience in the public sector, including 19 years in Local Government, at local, regional and national levels.

 

I understand the importance of accurate and timely insight that leaders need to deliver high-quality services and continuous improvement. I can provide this in an accessible and relevant way through in-depth analysis and the development and implementation of performance and outcomes frameworks. I can also support with the evolution of performance and insight cultures by providing effective training for staff, managers, and elected members.

 

I am familiar with both Ofsted and CQC inspection frameworks and recognise how critical preparation is in enabling an organisation to tell its story in an effective and accessible way. I know what evidence and processes need to be in place to ensure that organisations are ready for inspection and can showcase how they are providing high-quality services to improve outcomes for children, young people, vulnerable adults, and families.
